I trained as a professional dancer from childhood, gaining expertise in Chinese dance, ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance. In 2014, I completed my MFA degree at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in choreography. 

As a freelance dancer and choreographer, I have presented many works. One of my long-term works, named "Wall," was presented by  Hong Kong City Contemporary Dance Company. I was invited to perform at the Beijing Dance Festival. Another duet work named "Imprint" was invited to perform at the i-dance Festival.  

I took a Gaga movement course with the Batsheva Dance Company in Israel and a creative movement teaching course with Segni Mossi in Taiwan, both world-renowned dance institutions. 

As a passionate dance teacher, I have dedicated my working life to promoting dance education. I have over ten years of experience teaching  Jazz dance, Contemporary dance, Chinese dance, and Creative movement in different schools.
